LFP New Greyhawk Group in the Kingdome of Keoland. Bi-weekly 10 PM EST (-5 GMT)

Excitement, glory, adventure and fame, or a mind numbingly, tedious, boring, interminable wagon-trip through the dusty roads of Keoland to deliver supplies on behalf of the kings agent. It’s all a matter of perception.     I am a bit of an old Grognard. Been playing tabletop for many years. trying out Roll20 for the first time.  So, the adventure is set in the Kingdom of Keoland of the Sheldomar Valley part of the Flanaess. Greyhawk is the original campaign setting created by Gary Gygax.      First off. No Dragon blooded anything please, as well as Tieflings and Drow.  Lets start with elves, only the Wood Elves (Sylvan) from the Dreadwood or The Silverwood or High elves living among Humans or Sylvan elves alike.   There are communities of Hill Dwarves From Clan Stormcrow lands and no mountain dwarves. Many Gnomes and Halflings of the Good Hills. Half-Elves live amongst humans where they are accepted.  Half-orcs as well.  But many choose to live in Haven. where they do not feel subjected by Keoland's Laws which tends to lean towards lawful. The Human Variant is acceptable, Other than human there is room for only one of each other race.  Dwarves will be Hill Darves, Halflings will be Lightfoot, Elves will be either High elf or Wood Elf. Gnomes, Forest or Rock gnome.  Alignments:  LG, NG, N, LN, CG      Please use Point Buy or the base array to create stats for your characters.  You are creating first level characters. You gain whetever equipment from class and background sections or use starting gp from the equipment section. not both. Which leads me to alignment.  No evil or Chaotic Neutral please. This is a game of Heroes with a very dangerous common enemyies.  Trusting the man or woman that stands watch in the night is paramount.  This is an ongoing Campaign. One in which you can Jump in or out from adventure to adventure. Please have the maturity of letting us know when you can not make it to a game or you will be late.        About me.  I have been DMing games since 1976.  I have played all editions.  I really like this edition.  I am the RPG coordinator at my Game store and a Guildmaster for gamers in our county.  I teach folks how to play this and other games as well as GMs that want to start running their own games.  My style a balance between light and fun as well as a strong judge when those calls need to be made.      Come join us, I do not reward Murder hobos or Kill stealing, Give everyone their moment to explore their character and be part of the story. No one is just along for the ride unless that's what you want.  With that being said, there are 3 parts to any adventure: 1) Role playing, 2) Exploration and 3) Combat.  I put RP first.  We will have Combat, its part of the game.  But so is Exploration, so every skill and all six stats will get used.  I am not a fan of min/maxing characters and Dumping stats.  It is your choice however as I AM a fan of Player agency.  Backstories and Backgrounds are fine, but they are in the past and before you became an adventurer. Nothing in your backstory will give you an advantage above othet characters in the story to be told. I will work with you in this regard. Things could awaken from the past. I use Milestone Leveling, and award Inspiration, Hero Points and Influence Points with NPC Factions as the story progresses.        Come. I invite you to learn more. I am excited to meet you in game.  Lets roll some dice and tell a epic story! Jay
