is there no way to delete images faster. it says library management is "no longer supported" and the only other way i know how is one by one from inside a game but that would take me forever

If you click on an double click image in your recent upload section in the art library tab, you will open your art library. You can click on them then group delete them but there is a limit on how many. It is usually 15 to 20 images but you can experiment to find out what your limit is.
