First time I'm using this forum, since I haven't really used this service all that much. The night before/very early yesterday morning, I was experiencing an issue with requesting a link to log back in (it had been some years, and I forgot and possibly didn't write down my last password). I tried multiple times (about 5 or 6, if memory serves) to request a link to log back in and change my password. Not a single email made it back, so I wrote a support ticket via email. Sometime later in the afternoon, I tried requesting a link 1 more time with the same result, no email. Then later that evening, I suddenly received 3 within less than 10 minutes, then another 20 minutes later, and then another 3 over an hour later, again, within less than 10 minutes of each other. I was an idiot when the first wave hit and deleted the first 2 without even checking if the links were still valid, but beyond knowing about those 2, all save for the 5th out of all 7 were invalid for some reason. Needless to say, I logged in and changed my password (writing it down this time) and name (as pointless as it seems, it still put me at ease changing it due to recently catching wind of that breach that happened months ago). Being a bit needlessly paranoid, I deleted the 5th too after I confirmed that my new password was exactly how I had typed it by logging out and in a couple times. Thankfully it's been hours since any further request emails have came in, so I think those were the ones I requested, but heavily delayed for whatever reason? I'm digressing. Beyond wondering if what I experienced was just bad timing or some buggy thing happening, I want to know if it's possible to close the ticket before anyone gets back to me via email on my original issue (assuming someone hasn't tried already). Since I have logged back in, it seems moot to wait. And if it is also required, do I need to contact a specific member of the Roll20 team, and do I need to PM them the ticket ID/ACCS (assuming that's what that is)? Thank you for your time.
