[LFG] Experienced 5e player trying to find a group

As the title says, I've played 5e for over 3 years, and recently have found myself craving to play with new people.I live in CST and I'm still in school, which means most weekdays I can't play until around 5 my time. But weekends I'm mostly open, depending on any activities that may be going on.  Currently my plan for a character involves a little bit of homebrew, but if that's not okay I'm totally willing to change.

Eyyy there, experienced player and possible new-friendo! I'm Hex and we've got a group of 3 right now looking for a possible fourth as well as a DM in the works.  I'd be interested in hearing what your idea is for a character and coming to get to know what you're looking for! I've got a group of 3 players, two of us are more experienced and one has played but needs to re-learn the ropes. We are sardonic and irreverent, but generally, pretty cool humans. We are looking to play early evening, like 4pm PST on Saturday nights cuz we're busy adulting and schooling and doctoring etc. If you've got a Discord and/or want to send me a PM, we could chat and get an idea for what you're after and if you gel with our group! 

Salutations! I'm running a homebrew Storm King's Thunder campaign heavily inspired by ancient India and ancient Central Asia. We play weekly on Friday evenings at 6:30 PM PST/PDT (8:30 PM CST). Presently, we have 7 players; I'm looking to add 1 player in September. Please note we do use video and voice, so a functioning webcam is required. We use milestone levelling to avoid level (and ability) discrepancies.  The setting is high magic, with magic items abundant and enemy spellcasters not uncommon. Familiarity with Asian history is not a prerequisite. While historical authenticity will be preserved in respect to appearance and language and culture, this is still a fantasy TTRPG. The fundamental trappings remain, and the prevalence of magic introduces degrees of modernity.
