[LFG][5e] Looking for a group playing Fri-Sat EST

I've had a fair bit of experience playing D&D, 2 years now roughly; however, unfortunately most of my games ended abruptly and I almost never got to play any single campaign for longer than 1-2 months.  I'm comfortable playing most classes with the exception of wizards as their play style doesn't really appeal to me. In terms of the branches of RP I rank them as such: 1: Role playing 2: Combat 3: Exploration that isn't to say I dislike exploration, however I definitely enjoy roleplaying the most and combat gives a lot of unique roleplaying scenarios. Whether pleading with a maddened king to see reason or bonding with a potential ally through the trials of combat. As for setting, I'm fine with anything besides Sci-fi. I don't know why but futurey stuff just doesn't appeal to me. Character wise I don't like coming up with characters prior to understanding the setting. However I do enjoy playing quirky characters. Whether an incredibly shy bookworm that is uneasily brutal during combat, the brutish looking ogre barbarian that loves to cuddle or the Paladin that wasn't dedicated to his studies and has trouble reciting tomes. I enjoy controversial characters. One thing I will say is I tend to stick away from edgy characters. I have nothing against tragic backgrounds, and as a matter of fact I tend to get sappy with mine,  but I don't really enjoy roleplaying the "I hate life and everything in it, don't talk to me you don't know what I've been through" characters. A little about myself: Name: My IGN is fine or if you prefer, my real life name is Pedro Age: 21 Schedule: As I've stated I'm looking for a game taking place between Fri-Sat EST. University will start up again soon and I have not yet received my schedule, so I'd rather be safe. Interests: Drawing, anime, gaming and snowboarding.
Salutations! I'm running a homebrew Storm King's Thunder campaign heavily inspired by ancient India and ancient Central Asia. We play weekly on Friday evenings at 6:30 PM PST/PDT (9:30 PM EST). Presently, we have 7 players; I'm looking to add 1 player in September. Please note we do use video and voice, so a functioning webcam is required. We use milestone levelling to avoid level (and ability) discrepancies.  The setting is high magic, with magic items abundant and enemy spellcasters not uncommon. Familiarity with Asian history is not a prerequisite. While historical authenticity will be preserved in respect to appearance and language and culture, this is still a fantasy TTRPG. The fundamental trappings remain, and the prevalence of magic introduces degrees of modernity. The party is level 6 and includes: Artificer  ( Battle Smith ) Barbarian  ( Path of the Ancestral Guardian ) Monk  ( Way of the Kensei ) Revised Ranger  ( Beast Master ) Rogue  ( Arcane Trickster ) Sorcerer  ( Wild Magic ) Warlock  ( Hexblade ) If you're interested,  here  is a link to the roll20 game listing. When applying, please ensure your application is in the correct discussion. Applications posted elsewhere will be disregarded. You can reach me via Discord:  darren#2031 . Happy gaming!
