Is the map of Saltmarsh part of the Saltmarsh bundle, or just the adventures?  Same goes with the appendices (eg boat tokens, side quest maps etc.)?

Everything from the book is included. It is split into multiple pieces for ease of use when you purchase it. The main module has the town information (including the map) plus all the information on sailing, etc. The individual adventures are addons, so you can use them either with the main module or with other campaigns.
