For the past few days, a game I have been trying to list will not show up on the LFG tool search results. It keep saying it is listed but no one can see it. I've tested having multiple friends look for it and it just wont show up even though it says its listed.

It is listed. Did you search with the mature filter enabled? You have the game marked as mature. This is the usual trip up on not finding a game.
