I started using Roll20 heavily in June. All along, I have had intermittent issues creating tokens by dragging from the character sheets. So far, these have always been resolvable just by retrying the drag a few times. Today I went to shuffle around the tokens connected to some characters, but I found that the dragging appears not to create tokens at all. I refreshed the browser several times, and once the dragging began to work again for perhaps 15 seconds, but then it stopped working again. I tried with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and the behavior was consistent. I don't have any in-browser antivirus software, and I have no third-party antivirus software on my computer. I am currently trying with an incognito Chrome window to disable all extensions, and I have cleared my browser cache. The issue persisted under the current configuration. I have deleted all the pages except one, so I know the tokens weren't being created on a different page somehow. As I was writing up this post, I went through the motions again to write up the section on how to reproduce the issue. I tried dragging the tokens for each of the six character sheets in. When I was on the third or fourth, all the tokens I had dragged thus far popped in at once, as though there had simply been lag in creating the tokens. But when the issue was occurring, I had let the game sit for minutes at a time while reading the troubleshooting guides, and the tokens had not popped in. Overall, the token dragging functionality was down for perhaps 60 to 90 minutes. I know it's not very helpful to report an intermittent issue that cannot currently be reproduced, but since I already had the symptoms written up I figured it would be worth sharing in case anyone else had the same issue. I'm also worried now that the same issue might happen during a game, as opposed to when I'm preparing it, because the only resolution seemed to be to wait until it started working again.
