Improving Audio, Storage, and Performance Part 2

The topic has closed automatically so I am restarting it here and linking the original topic thread because it is relevant. I will also point out that after two months there has been radio silence between the people for and against potentially giving free members a modicum of extra space and Roll20 after they had responded and said "Our eyes are still on this thread as we work toward sustainable additions to our audio offerings. More updates are on the way, as soon as these options become more concrete."
