1. What Character sheet are you using? 2. Have you set your campaign settings page so that new characters display the Charactermancer? 3. If you are using the D&D 5e by Roll20 sheet, you should be able to open the Charactermancer from the settings page, the same is likely true of other Charactermancer-enabled sheets, though I am not as familiar with those.
