Hello Zhanshuo F., I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Can you clarify what you mean by "Insert is locked on"? Are you talking about your keyboard's Insert key? If so, just hitting it should resolve yoru issue. Let us know if you are having any further issues.  Thanks!
