It's been several years now and there's still no developer option for standard account for free to test API scripts instead of having to pay $10 a month just to play around with it to see if they actually want to use it? Want to play around with creating scripts for my DM, but really no way to create a Dev environment campaign that prevents adding people to it so it can't be abused?
