Can't get past the loading screen for CoS campaign

Hi there, I bought the Curse of Strahd campaign (labelled Campaign, Part 2) and have been running it for months without issue, but suddenly I can't get past the loading screen for it this week. I am able to access all of my other campaigns but have been unable to get into this one. Help would be much appreciated.

Hello Darren L., I am sorry that you are having this issue with accessing your game. There is currently a known issue with AFoW and global illumination causing some issues. The devs are aware and working on a fix. Until then, it is best to ensure that your pages do not use both of these at the same time.  As you are unable to access your game, I have passed this information along to the devs. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.  However, to rule out other potential causes,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Hi Dragon Dramer, Thank you for getting back to me. Is there nothing else that can be done other than waiting for a fix? Would it be possible for you to turn off AFoW and global illumination on your end for the maps in my game as I am unable to access it? Would greatly appreciate some help as my weekly sessions have been disrupted because of this. I have already tried Steps 1 to 4 before posting this thread and none of the above have worked.

Hello Darren L., I have passed this along to the devs for them to be able to go into your game and select the correct options. You can try to promote another player to DM and have them turn the Global Illumination option off for all pages, if they are able to load the game.  Unfortunately, getting the devs to go into the game or promoting another user to DM are the only two current options.
