Backer set tokens will not load

I had backer sets of tokens that I wanted to use but they have not been loading for some time.  I'm on chrome with no extensions loaded, cache clear, ect. I also tried to get it to work on other browsers but was not able to.

Hi Justin C. - Thank you for the report and we're sorry to hear that you aren't able to properly access some of those assets! To better troubleshoot this issue, can you please provide further details on the token set(s) that you experienced this with? Was this a singular Token Set, or were there multiple sets that are having issues? Also, do you remember the exact names that were listed in the Art Library?  P.s. Hi Justin C. - Unfortunately, I have been unable to reproduce this on my end. Can you further describe what issues you are seeing and what happens when you try to access the tokens? Do you go to find them in your "Premium Assets" tab and they are just not listed? Do you try and search for them and they do not display in the results? Or is it something where you drag them onto the VTT and the tokens are blank or missing? Any clarification provided is appreciated.
I have the same issue. When clicking on the + to expand a backer set, it just shows a loading icon.
