Token bubbles are empty when I place tokens down. How to fix?

Okay, so I have been looking around for a how to on this but I rolled a 2 when I started my search so I haven't found anything.  This is my problem -- I've been messing around with this for about a week and a half now and feel like I can run a game now. I've got character sheets for my players done and ready to rock now, they can all move their own tokens and roll, they have macros and all that fun stuff made up.  The one thing I am trying to find out is can I save the numbers on the 3 little balls that are above the selected PC tokens? The ones that show whatever stat info you want to have at the ready? When we continue in a story in my tester game that I'm doing, I place them on the map but the bubbles are completely empty afterwards and I have to reset the token permission for them to be able to move them. Is there a way to just save this so when I put the token out, it's already got the bubbles filled and the permission set?  My Char sheets save, so that's why I'm wondering if these can be saved as well. Thanks!

Hi metal2core, Most of the answers you need can be found on this page:  Linking Tokens to Journals . You can find more general token information here:  Token Features .
Keith, is there any way to set the radial menu bubbles to a default? If i want red= HP, green= AC and Blue = perception (for pathfinder) can that be the default presumption for all tokens I drop that are linked to a journal sheet? It is tedious to have to set them values for every token in a new game.

You should be able to set defaults on the  Game Settings Page.
So first off, thanks to Kraynic, I had somehow missed this area, and there are many defaults there that are helpful so this has already been a win..... but this area doesn't seem to allow default linked stats from the character sheets. I want to set up a new game, set the defaults as desired, then when a new token is dropped it presumes that default. every token i drop carries in the stored text, but as soon as I link it has a blank drop-down as usual to allow me to set the linked stat but no default link. it looks like it is not possible.  but as i said this was helpful anyway
With a Pro subscription, you could use an API script like TokenMod to easily set up a token. It's not automatic, but you place the token, select the token, run the command, and it's done.
Good to know thanks.  If I get more active I might up my subscription then.
thanks a bunch, helped me out a lot
