I'm new to D&D and if there is any DM's that is willing to have a newbie in their game. Also, there can't be an age restriction and there needs to be flexible on time.
you will find plenty who take new players, age restrictions are to stop children from joining as it changes the tone. but you can find that as well. you will not find groups flexibile on time as time is what allows 5+ people to meet to play together.
If you used text based gaming, time could be flexible depending on if it was play by post or live text session. I have a community of text gamers and there are various games recruiting in the community. Most are not mature but there are a couple listed as mature.
