Image Uploads and Use

I am able to successfully upload an image, but in the preview window, it just displays the error image that computers use when they cant load the image properly. When I try to drag it onto the play area, nothing happens. I can't use the drag and highlight feature to detect it. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix or prevent it?

What format was the image in?

Hello Andrew L., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered issues with using your uploaded art assets. Be sure that the file type you are uploading is a supported image file . Note: ensure that you are not using the ".jpeg" extension. Roll20 only understands ".jpg".
