Bulk removal of player access to handouts

I've just finished running a campaign and our group are going to roll new characters and begin a new campaign.  As this will be set in the same world, I want to use the same game (well, a copy) to continue as I have copious notes added to the Storm King Thunder content. However, I want to remove all the cases where a handout was visible to all, or some, players as the new characters obviously won't have that knowledge. Is there a way to do this en masse or am I going to have to go through everything one by one?

There might be an API script that will do this for you but I do not know as I don't use them much.
