My iPad problem

I have the iPad 10” tablet and installed the Roll20 app for the first time but when I log in this is all I see, is there an issue with this app?
I believe the roll20 app for IOS is mostly (completely?) unusable for quite some time. I believe this will not change in the short term future. Your best bet currently is to use Safari. Since you're a Plus subscriber Mobile Tablet Support via the Browser should be working for you. They brought in some developers to work on it I believe but this will take some time.

Actually, you can use Chrome on an iPad. At least it's a Roll20-supported browser
Florian that screen shot is with the use of safari. 
Hello Joseph T., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with the iPad Roll20 app.  Unfortunately, the current iPad version of the app has a couple known issues that will require a complete rebuild in order to fix. Additionally, you can try to use either the Chrome of Firefox browser to access Roll20. Safari is not a supported browser.
