Hello Joseph T., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with the iPad Roll20 app. Unfortunately, the current iPad version of the app has a couple known issues that will require a complete rebuild in order to fix. Additionally, you can try to use either the Chrome of Firefox browser to access Roll20. Safari is not a supported browser.
