LFG - DnD5e - UK - Newish Player

Hey, to anyone who's willing to read this that is... First, yes, I am somewhat new to DnD, done a one-shot with a friend, made numerous characters and read up on it plenty. However, I am not new to writing stories or exploring my imagination or thinking out of the box. Which, I hope might help me to entertain any who will be happy to accept me into their game.  With the odd question of what to roll or how a mechanic in the game might work, (though I am a quick learner and make many notes once I figure it out.Also have the player's handbook to help now) I would like to see myself as a playful and fun person to have in the party, I just need a good, friendly group who will help me learn more.  I am free to play pretty much every night of the week most of the time, though every several weeks (UK school holidays) I'll have my son visiting so might not be able to get on as easily, again, that is rare though due to the length between said holidays. I prefer to use Discord for voice as it works on my phone and leaves my laptop running smooth, however, am willing to try and get the Roll20 voice chat working if need be.  Please, consider me for your games :) I'd very much appreciate it  Oh, and also I have character idea's and already made characters if you want a preview and such please message me ^.^

Hey Mike, I have a DM, myself and another player and we are searching two more, we are around GMT Timezone. The DM has a few questions he would like answered if that's ok. :)  "How old are you, and what made you interested in DND (just to get to know who we're going to be playing with). Sort these in the order you see yourself enjoying most:  combat, exploration, puzzles, story, roleplaying. How frequent would you like to play? Your PCs will be fleshed out during session zero,  but does anyone have any idea on the role they wish to fill/playstyle/class they'd want to do. I'd like to get as many general DND questions out the way to make session zero smoother, is there anything you'd like to ask or have clarified?"

(contacted Shane in PM) Decided to share most the details here, who knows, might get another game invite with some of it :)  I am currently in my late-Twenties, always have been interested in D&D but socially never had the kind of friends who were interested, or at the least, I didn't think had been interested and always had trouble with social anxiety so I've never had the courage to reach out to gaming groups of the sort.  What got me interested in the game was my love for digital games as a child and growing up, the stories created and the adventures, however, a lot of the time I found them very limiting and wished to explore further in the created worlds,. My hope to explore more of a story and world, to create such adventures with my own personal touch and the wonderful minds of others who would be playing too, is generally the reason I am so interested in D&D. It is hard to sort these honestly as each combine such magnificent stories but if forced, I would place the order as such. Story - Roleplaying - Exploration - Puzzles and Combat however, I somewhat see as two of the same thing so both would come tied. I would like to play as frequently as possible without adding a hindrance to the other player's, free almost every night. If something comes up, however, I would inform others as soon as possible.  As for my character, I am open and flexible for what the party might need.
