Images, Tokens and Maps not loading while VPN is active.

Hello, I have only noticed this issue today and I last used Roll20 on Friday with the same setup as today. Is there a reason for this happening that I can do something to solve? Thank you for your help. Jack

Have you reached your storage quota? You can check on your accounts page. If you have, removing any uploaded audio is the best bang for the buck for trimming space.
Hello Jack, I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue. In addition to the information provided by keithcurtis, please carefully work through the following steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues . They will help rule out potential causes and provide necessary information for the devs. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Hello! Thank you both for you responses. My storage quota is only half full so I don't believe that to be the issue. I have checked both Chrome and Firefox and the same issue arises. The issue only occurs while my VPN PIA is connected, this has not been an issue until this weekend as I stated in my first post. During the game I had to disconnect the VPN for the map and tokens to load. Another example is on this post neither my nor Dragon Dreamer's pictures load but strangely keithcurtis' does. I generally use Firefox and it is running the up to date version. Javascript is enabled. I use Bullguard. No extensions are enabled and the issue persists. I am encountering the issue throughout the website and only on Roll20. Sorry, you wrote "VPN" and my brain saw "VTT". Hopefully those details can help a dev figure out what's going on.
Hello Jack, I have gone ahead and passed this information along to the devs. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know. However, as this issue is only present while using your VPN, it may have something to do with how you have your VPN set up. As such, please review your VPN settings to see if there are any changes that need to be made. Thanks.
Hi Jack, Unfortunately, we can only assist so much in these situations-- is the console log you provided the full log? Our recommendation would be to double check your settings with your VPN, many have the ability to block certain content such as ads and it is possible that it might be blocking information from our image server.
I am unsure if that's the full log, I copied what was visible when following the instructions provided. I'm please to say the problem seems to have resolved itself. I didn't change any settings prior to the glitch and haven't changed any since. Thanks all for the advice.
