Hello, Our Server on Discord, "This Sweet Server." We are looking to recruit some DM's . We are running Curse of Strahd and a Custom Campaign called, "The Odyssey of the Twilight Phenix ." We have three DM's . We have 4 sessions per week. What kind of quality are we looking for in a DM? -Respectful to our Players -Have the Basic Knowledge of the Rules -Will follow the Server Rules (We have a few House Rules) -Will respect the Head DM -Shows up on time and prepared for each Sessions -Plans for a healthy mix of Battle and Roleplay We allow new DMs or players who want to become a DM, however... -Be willing to learn and not rely on the Head DM for every little thing. (We are self taught.) -Be respectful when the Head DM is teaching you how to DM the session -Be respectful toward our experienced respected players who are trying to help. (We can point out who is helpful and who isn't) The benefits that you will have in our Group . -If you are not a Pro Member on Roll20. We can give you a Game that gives you a Pro Member benefits. It doesn't make you a Pro person, but it gives you the benefits of the Pro. -You will have access to the Monster Manual on Roll20. -You will have access to the Player Hand Book, Dungeon Master Guide, Extra Races, etc. We have an importer in Roll20 that import character sheets from Dndbeyond . The players have access to these things. **APPLICATION** Let keep this simple... Come up with a scenario... Let some of your creativity come out.
