Real quick before I waste anyone's time reading this, I am looking for a 5th edition D&D game that plays on fridays starting anytime between 6:00pm-9:00pm CDT. I am 27 years of age and have over 4600 hours of play time on roll20, most of which was as a player or dm for 5e. Friends call me sath and you can call me that too. Now that the introduction is out of the way, let's move on to the content. Yo, I have been getting the itch to play a character who is influenced in some way by the Tarrasque and recently the new UA for warlocks and sorcerers came out giving me the groundwork to do such a thing. I would like to play a kobold warlock who has discovered a secret society that are keeping the tarrasque asleep through various types of pact magic. Using the "Lurker in the Deep" otherworldly patron from https://media.wizards.com/2019/dnd/downloads/UA-AberrantLurk.pdf as a base, I would like to change it subtly to match in both flavor and spell choices. For example, instead of create/destroy water and thunderwave I would get earth tremor and catapult. rather than a tentacle it would be the mighty claw of the tarrasque. these are just some brief examples of changes and are all debatable with the dm. Im just trying to find a place to try this out and have fun playing a concept a little outside of the norm. In simpler terms the pact will be all about keeping the tarrasque from ever awakening through various magics that funnel resources into its sleeping gullet, keeping it sated for all time. However, due to this pact these individuals all gain powers that draw from the tarrasque and further augement their magical prowess. Anyway, If you would like to reach me just add me on Discord at SAduTHates#7026 or respond below!
