Player Handouts - Tabbed Pages

I've developed a boat load of information I would like to include as player handouts.  - General Knowledge World Info  - Homebrew Rules   I do my best to separate them cosmetically, so that scrolling isn't a nightmare... but it is. It would really be great if I could write my player handouts in LaTeX or Markdown, even a Roll20 version of a markup language would be great. So you can cross-reference sections. Barring that, being able to make a multi-page handout with tabbed pages along the bottom or left margin would be ideal.
