I can't access purchased content

I am having trouble accessing content that I purchased in the Marketplace. The problem may be related to the fact that, while I am the DM of this campaign, I did not create it. Our normal DM created it for me because he has far more experience than I do in navigating all of the features of Roll20 (just not this issue). what can be done to solve this problem? Thanks!

Art assets are pretty portable, but things like modules and add-ons are limited to the owner being the creator of a game. If you need to transfer ownership of something (either the game he created, or the assets you have purchased), you could try contacting the team at team@roll20.net.
Hi Jonathan A. - To confirm, if you are a guest GM in a game, you should be able to access your Marketplace purchases, as long as they can be accessed from the Art Library. To clarify, this means an add-on or module will not be able to be accessed by you as a guest GM. To best troubleshoot this, can you provide the name to the game in question as well as the name(s) of the Marketplace purchases you are having trouble with?
