Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Experience: 2 New (playing since April), 1 veteran Location/Timezone: Online, we've been using Facebook Chat, but also have used Discord. Eastern. Schedule: We
play just about every Sundays 3:00PM EST - 6:00 EST, unless a player
cannot make it. As a small group of 3, with one player absent, we're
really missing a major part of the group. Roles sought: DM (and extra players if they come with DM?) Game style:
We're a casual group. As I said, 2 of us are pretty new, 1 is still
learning all the mechanics of D&D completely, and we have 1 veteran.
We're looking for a fun game with a DM that understands the learning
curve for a brand new player. We currently have a game but our DM is
leaving in November and we'd like to stay together. That said, we're
open to accepting new players if you want to add new dynamic as a DM. We
are currently at Level 4 in our milestone campaign with a Path of
Ancestral Guardian Barbarian Gnome, a Sword of Colleges Bard Tabaxi, and
a Forge Cleric Dwarf. That said, we've all discussed it and are open to
keeping these characters and moving to a new campaign OR completely
starting from fresh with an entirely new direction (We've talked about
an Aarakocra, a human Rogue, and a Protector Aasimar Articifer/Tiefling
Oath of Hero Paladin). We are looking for a more campaign experience
until everyone has decided they are done with the characters so
starting at level 1. With 2 of our players being so new, being able to
gain new powers as we go will help. We've typically milestone leveled,
but we can change that if need be. We currently have 2 players using
DnDBeyond for a character sheets and our 3rd says he will get an
account. We also have a DM subscription until May of next year. We're
pretty open, but we'd like to stay together.
