When loading the following resource: https://app.roll20.net/editor/startjs/ The server returns a 500 internal server error with the following body: Padrino::Rendering::TemplateNotFound: Layout 'layouts/v2' not found in '/home/symbly/www/d20-app/app/views'
Hi Patrys, What is the name of the game where you are running into this error?
"Numenera Test", game ID: 5240907
Out of curiosity: do you use Sentry or something similar to track exceptions?
Hi Patrys, Unfortunately, we are have been unable to reproduce this issue on our end. To best assist you in troubleshooting this, would you mind providing some additional information, as seen below? Thank you! Does this immediately occur on trying to load into the game? Or does this occur when you interact with something in-game? Is the creator of the game also experiencing this issue? Have you seen this occur in other games as well? Or only this game? Does this issue persist across multiple browsers? I.e. Firefox versus Chrome

It fails for me in the same way in both Chrome and Firefox, and seems to be working fine for the game's creator. I've never experienced a similar error in another game. The errors happens immediately after the splash screen is loaded, the network requests that happen in order: https://app.roll20.net/editor/setcampaign/5240907 https://app.roll20.net/editor/ https://app.roll20.net/v2/js/jquery-1.9.1.js https://app.roll20.net/v2/js/jquery.migrate.js https://app.roll20.net/js/featuredetect.js?2 https://app.roll20.net/v2/js/patience.js https://app.roll20.net/editor/startjs/?timestamp=1570184663&disablewebgl=false&forcelongpolling=false&offsite=false&fbdebug=false&forcetouch=false The last one is what fails with a Padrino exception. It eventually makes a request to: https://app.roll20.net/js/d20/loading.js?v=11 And the script fails with: Uncaught ReferenceError: d20ext is not defined at loading.js?v=11:1 (anonymous) @ loading.js?v=11:1
