Since one of our players never showed up nor send any message, I've dropped him from the game. I've invited the first person on my unofficial waiting list to see if he wants to join. He said that he is interested but needs to check on another commitment around the same time as our next session. If he joins, I'll send him a "love letter" explaining the current situation and let him join the group in town.
