Hi, I've been playing roll20 WOTC modules from the marketplace: the sunless citadel and the lost mines of phandelver and I've come up with the same issue in some dungeons. Two different players ended up experiencing black screens as if fog of was was on on pages were fog of war was not while everyone else in the party saw everything normally. Although they tried to refresh, the issue remained. I've also tried sending all players to another page and sending them back to the pages where the action took place with no positive effect. The strange thing is that they only experienced this issue on some of the pages, not all of them. I've been forced to describe everything theater of the mind style to get through these parts... do you know what might be causing this issue and perhaps how it could be solved?
