Monster templates using Character Journals

As suggested here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Token_Actions I set up a character called goblin, input all the stats I wanted to carry over, and then set up macro's for abilities. I placed goblins by dragging and dropping the character token onto the map, and then selecting represents character. My problem now is, whenever goblinX takes damage, goblinY reflects that same damage as goblinX and goblinY are both representing goblin. I can have goblinx just be a token, but then I lose the token action bar. Is it possible to have drag and drop tokens that represent nameless goblins while still keeping token abilities?
Yes... Like This.
Awesome, was confused for a bit until I realized unlinking meant set bar to none. Perfect! Thanks!
