Can't Edit NPC tokens as GM

Hi there. I've read through lots of Forum posts about this, but no matter what I try I can't edit NPC tokens as the GM and creator of the game. I was able to originally, but somewhere along the way I have lost the ability to edit. I am able to perform any other action as far as I know. I made a friend of mine a GM in the game and he can edit, but I can't. I'm not sure what to do next. Can you help? John

When you say you "can't edit", do you mean you cannot physically open the token settings dialog, or that the changes you make don't stick? What browser are you using? You could try carefully working through these steps of the guide to  Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If these don't work, a mod will likely ask you for  Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Thanks for the replies. Keith, when I say that I can't Edit what I mean is that all of the GM right click functions are available to me except Edit. Edit looks fine, but won't respond to a mouse over like the others, and I can't click on it. When I first used this game in Roll20 I could use Edit, but somewhere along the way I lost the ability to use this function for no reason that I understand. Step 1 - I use a mac, but I usually open Roll20 using Chrome. I have tried this issue in Firefox too and found the same problem. Step 2 - I read other posts that talk about the extensions, so I tried this too. I disabled every extension and it made no difference. Step 3 - I read about clearing the cache too, so I tried that and it made no difference. I also made a copy of the game and tried that, but it still had the same problem. Step 4 - I added some screenshots of my console log.

That has happened to me too (earlier today, as a matter of fact). Usually a refresh of the browser clears it up. But this is constant for you?
