The Darkness Rising (Comment Thread)

NOTE: Kindly post any comments, suggestions, or feedback to the main story thread here, and reserve the other post as a journal of our shared adventures together.
So can we suggest stories to you? or is there rules we can follow to post our own sections if we wish?

Feel free to post your own points of views, inner dialogs, and experiences.  It’s a story of our shared adventures after all.  All who play are free to post and make additions/alterations to the story as they see fit.
Found this sentence in Amari's backstory, "One day, Amari woke up to mom in the kitchen and his dad gone. Nothing left from his time in Dobbin's Hollow, but his child and his quiver." Not sure when this is, but my assumption was prior to the campaign (clarification required). Might need to alter the first story you wrote, which by the way is very good extra background not to mention a very creative and inclusive idea.
Good catch.  I’m getting the character’s backstories mixed.  This should be Flinx’s gift scene with his father, not Amari’s.  Amari is walking the path of brawling/martial arts, not alchemy/herbalism.  The scene’s right, the character name isn’t.
Name should be corrected now.  😁
I enjoyed the first session.  The dream is unique and the fact that Old Man Gunthar had a vision of a dove falling bothers Mia.  The feeling of being watched and judged really is something that Mia does not like at all.  I think that "hole" needs to be looked into.  With us starting at the Academy, not sure how that will work.  How will classes be?  Will it be a set amount of time each day?  How many classes a day?  What is expected of us there?  How is it determined to what we will be learning?  Will we choose our own things to learn?
