Cannot access character sheets or handouts.

I am experiencing a bug in which I cannot edit or even exit out of handouts/character sheets. The x seems greyed out, and hovering my mouse over the edit button does not change the cursor like it would if you were clicking an executable button. I only just recently got this issue, I use Firefox, and have no add ons enabled and have recently cleared my cache. I am the DM and creator so I don't see why I wouldn't have access to my own handouts and my players character sheets, I checked to see if I had accidentally joined as a player, but I hadn't. To reiterate I am using Firefox with no addons enabled and my operating system is Windows 7. I will also attach an image below to show that I cannot edit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Oddly enough I can show players handouts and one of my players is able to access his character sheet, but I cant.
I sometimes can not edit some character journals, handouts, and tokens.  I have found that if I find one I can edit, if I click on its edit and then cancel or save, then I have access to all the others again.  Hans maybe checking out your other character journals to see if one them will open up.  Only other option that I have found is to reload Roll20.
