Space of images and music???

We have been playing for some time and the GM has a legacy account and he's been having some trouble with the images and the music. He said that he have a message saying that his space is up and doesn't even have like 100MB and he supposesly has 3 GB for his Legacy account. Can someone tell us what's happening?

Tell your GM to send email to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> to get it figured out. When you say "legacy" account, did you mean a "kickstarter backer" account? I have a faint memory that those might have Pro subscription for life, but could be wrong, but it's the closest thing I can think of based on what you said.
