Then we removed the Google+ player, but now we can't whisper to that player. When we type his first name, it seems to be sending to the (now-deleted) Google+ account, and it DOES NOT send to his roll20 account.
First off, I don't think this has anything to do with G+ specifically. I think it's that you have (had?) two different players in your Campaign both with the exact same Display Name...If I'm understanding correctly? So if the player in question was named "Joe Smith" (hypothetically) you kicked one Joe Smith and there's now another Joe Smith in-game and you can't whisper to him (and they were two different Roll20 accounts?) Quick question: when you go to the "Controlled By" or other similar drop-downs where it shows you a list of players, do two copies of Joe Smith's name show up? There's a few things you can try, from easiest to hardest: 1) Just have the "new" Joe Smith change his Display Name (under the My Settings tab) to something else. A little annoying, but it should fix the problem if I understand it correctly. 2) Use the Copy/Extend campaign feature (on the Campaign Details) page to create a copy of the campaign. DON'T copy the players. You'll have to re-invite everyone and re-set up any token permissions (slightly more annoying), but Joe Smith can keep his name the same. I'd be curious what the campaign is if you don't mind, just so I can take a look and see if I'm right and maybe figure out how to keep this from happening in the future. Thanks, RD
