Welcome to Rokugan... (Game listing here ) I’m looking for 4+ players to run a short (4 hours running time) adventure in Legend of the Five Rings (5th edition, the Fantasy Flight one). Legend of the Five Rings is an immersive RPG based in the land of Rokugan, a dark fantasy setting heavily influenced by Japanese and other Asian myths, samurai movies, anime, and other popular sources. Players act as samurai on behalf of their masters, working to fulfill their duties while adhering to the rigid code of Bushido. Courtly intrigue is as dangerous as a battlefield, and duels of honor between two katana-wielding opponents will often settle matters with a bloody finality. The one-shot is intended to introduce new players to the setting and system, though anyone is welcome. No prior experience is necessary to apply and I’m happy to gush about character creation or the background setting at length.
