No tokens are loading in when I DM and even when I play.

When I loaded into a friends game none of the tokens used for the party or even the monsters we were fighting seemed to spawn in. When I went to DM none of the pictures I had for weapons and pictures for peoples character sheets wanted to load in what so ever. Please help as I am very confused and have no idea what is going on. This is also happening for maps i put in for my players to fight on.

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions.
