Unable to see some maps or tokens

I am unable to see maps or my token in most maps my dm has imported me into. I can only see one map completely with no issues and another map I can see what my character sees but i am unable to see my token. All other maps are completely blacked out and have grey areas indicating where the map area should be but I can see no detail or character tokens. I've logged in on two separate devices and its the same issue. We're guessing it's a connectivity issue, but I don't understand why I can see some maps without issues and others not at all.

Tiles have gone missing from some maps I added as well, I login as DM and cannot see them.

Same all the images are glitching. What's going on? 

Hi, Tabitha's DM here. The first map she loaded into can be viewed perfectly. Any other maps she switches to are either grayed over with fog of war, or featureless gray blocks. We've tried giving her control of different characters, but the same thing happened. I logged into her account from my computer and I had no issues with visibility at all. It seems to be something on her end but we can't figure out why one map would work and continue to work while the others don't. What have your issues been like?

Replying to say that I am having the same issues. Images are currently not loading for me anywhere on Roll20, instead I'm seeing my browsers symbol for a broken image link.&nbsp; I've disabled all extensions and anti-virus, cleared my cache, switched browsers and restarted my computer. Having similar problems, everyone can see everything, except one player cannot see certain tokens and backgrounds at all and just now she is saying she can't even load in...

I'm also having this problem. I've checked all the settings and run tests with my test token and am unable to see recent maps I've created. Please advise. Sight is enabled. Lighting is enabled with global illumination. Browser cache has been cleared. I need a fix before the game tomorrow.

It seems to be tied to the "restrict line of sight" setting. When I disable that we can see the map, but when it is active the entire map is blanked out. This doesn't make sense.

What is the light source for the players? Is it behind a dynamic lighting wall? Are any player tokens emitting light? I can ask a bunch of questions, but it might be quicker for you to post screenshots of the page settings, showing the Fog of War and Dynamic Lighting settings, along with the sight settings of one of the PC tokens. If you can see the map with Enforce Line of Sight turned off, there is probably just a step missing.
