My game is stuck on the Load screen

I try to enter the tables that I DM, but it does not load, is in an eternal load, already disabled all google addons and nothing, opened in the browser Opera my table and the same problem, but in Opera after a while says my connection to the server has been broken.

I tried to open it in chrome and opera and it didn't work, I tried to open in edge and it opened normal, reinstalled chrome and the problem remained

Hello DM Ronaldo, I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.  As a note, Roll20 is only supported on Chrome and Firefox. You may run into additional issues using other browsers.  With that said, there is an issue currently with using AFoW and Global Illumination at the same time on a page. Do you know if you have any pages that have both of them enable? If so, you can promote a second/dummy account to DM and disable one of those on the page settings without going to that page.  If that does not work,  please carefully work through the following steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Hello&nbsp;DM Ronaldo, I am sorry for any confusion.&nbsp; As stated above, can you verify whether or not you had any pages using both Global Illumination and Advanced Fog of War? If so, please let us know the name/s of the specific campaigns you are having this issue with?&nbsp; Additionally, can you verify that you have cleared your cache?&nbsp; Please also try opening your campaign in Incognito/Private mode in both Chrome and Firefox. Guys I found a solution!!!&nbsp;&nbsp; talking to a friend he gave me the following procedure in the bottom left corner of the computer screen if it is windows 7 in the windows flag and if it is 10 it is in the command bar that has it there, type cmd and run it in admin mode inside it type the following command: net user administrador /active:yes and hit enter after that restart the pc and log in the new user created

I could not even enter the tables to which I belong, neither as a DM nor as a player, I had a table that I created to see if the problem persisted and even on it that had nothing on the page I kept the problem, but a friend passed me the above procedure that solved.
