Advanced Keyboard for moving objects between layers doesn't work

I was trying to move a selected drawing from GM mode to lighting to practice the effect of the "door" I had made.  The advanced key strokes didn't move the object to the lighting layer.  I then tried the other ones and couldn't move the selected drawn line to any layer.   I used these combos:    Move selected object(s) to Map layer l m Move selected object(s) to Tokens layer l o Move selected object(s) to GM layer l k Move selected object(s) to Dynamic Lighting layer l ,

Hello John B., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.  Do you have the 'Use advanced keyboard shortcuts" selected? If so, to rule out possible causes,  please carefully work through the following steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the name of the campaign and complete Console Log!) Do you have advanced keyboard shortcuts turned on in your settings tab ?

yes.  The other advanced key strokes besides moving the drawn object to different levels.
