A google search will find it for you. Also, I believe it's included if you get the Digital version of the rules. As for cards, which cards do you mean? For initiative? Every Roll20 game you create automatically has a deck of cards, you can just delete the unneeded ones to get the initiative cards. Or, you can upload any images you want for cards...If you mean like Equipment cards, etc...not sure. I've not seen digital versions of those anywhere...
