I cannot scroll whatsoever

So I can’t move my token, I can’t scroll left or right, I have been able to previously but as of late am unable to. Is there any way to fix this?
Hello Preston M., I am sorry to hear that you are unable to move your token and scroll left or right. To rule out possible causes and provide a baseline for support,  please carefully work through the following steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Hey Preston, It's been a minute and I wanted to check and see if you were still having this issue. Are you still experiencing the issue with scrolling or moving your token?
Yeah I am :/
And is this happening in all of your games or just one?
Just the current campaign my buddy and I are playing. Everything is fine on his end, but for me it’s unresponsive in terms of scrolling.
