We are using second edition, Most the books on purple worm except for "players options". If you would like to use another resource ill take that on a case by case basis. We will start with 6000 experience points. http://www.purpleworm.org/rules/ I would like everyone to use the character sheets on roll20, please keep them up to date, if its not on your sheet you don;t have it. When you do make your characters bio, please include things like family, friends, enemies, love interests, if living where at (Faerun) if dead how they died, what they do or did for a living, what your characters goals are, how you became this class, what your faith is if any, what are your characters guilty pleasures (like what you do for fun) what your characters greatest fears are, and more...Make sure you include a full description of your character including any unusual traits, ticks, marks or other characteristics, if you wish to have your bio private ask me about that as well. Also note your character somehow appeared in the waters off this mysterious island, include a story on how that happened. You could have drank a mysterious potions, entered a portal, was cast upon by a evil mage, fell into a well, was on a ship lost at sea, etc. This is forgotten realms, 1372, on Faerun. As far as alignment, I prefer not to allow evil characters, only because of the likely hood of player verses player conflicts which could ruin the experience of the players. So if you really want to play someone evil well talk about it and will be approved on a case by case basis. As far as player conflicts I will however not interfere, if someone does something, say gets caught stealing from the party, well I fully expect the party to react in character and it might not turn out good. That being said if things happen in town or around NPC’s of course they will react accordingly as well.
