I will not go out of my way to kill you, nor will i go out of my way to save you. This is a open world, everything is not your level, depending on where you go your first encounter may be 10 or 20 levels above the party. So if your level one and you want to rush the two giants fighting over the goat (which has now been ripped in half) feel free, they may swing those huge clubs for distance or kill you with boulders before you even get close enough to hit them. That being said i have seen players use tactics and ingenuity to defeat things far more powerful then themselves, risk vs reward, good luck. Do not assume you have another life, or can make a second character, play your character like your death really means something, like this would be it for you. Depending on your character, length of play, story created so far, and the details of your death, you may be given the option to roll a new character and rejoin the campaign.
