Make character sheet abilities appear to have come from the character

I'm feeling stupid, but I'd like have a character ability show up in the chat as if it came from the character. in my game the characters speed dictates the number of die rolled, and the difficulty speaks for itself when i run the below as an ability it shows as if its coming from me the GM rather than the character /r {?{Speed|0}d10}>?{Difficulty|0} is there something that allows me to make the roll come from the character rather than myself?

Have you looked at the attribute macro page in the wiki? I'm not a macro expert but the page might give you an idea on what you are missing.

Depending on your use case: Change your speaking as in the drop down to be the character Change your macro to use the /emas or /as command /emas "?{Who}" [[{?{Speed|0}d10}>?{Difficulty|0}]] /as "?{Who}" [[{?{Speed|0}d10}>?{Difficulty|0}]]

If you are using tokens, you could change the ?{Who} in Scott C.'s example to @{selected|token_name}.
I've looked at /AS and /EMAS (thanks) but they just show a success count  without the die rolls individually. I need to see the die rolls cause the critical fluctuates frequently based on the ruleset.

Unfortunately, there's no way to change the from of a /r command easily. You'll have to manually change the speaking as drop down. Alternatively, you can use /as and /emas and just hover over the inline roll to see the individual rolls.
Gotcha, that sucks i was hoping to avoid having to keep changing the dropdown since the abilities were tied to the token already. thanks everyone!
