Can't see all party members in video broadcast

I can see 3 of 4 party members but I can't see one of them, we can see each other when we use legacy mode but then we can't see a different player. Also can see each other in other games but not the current game.

To rule out possible issue,  please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through all of the requested information in  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log! Thank you!

Matthew: I just want to say that my group never got this to work and we use Roll20. A lot of people use one system for sound and video, and Roll20 for the map, character sheet, and die rolls. The campaign must go on!
