Gifting from players help

Hey,   So we're all excited and starting up a game so I had everyone start chipping in for things we needed on here and they gifted me money, but it's only showign up as subscription. We thought it could go do things like the Monster Manual  or Modules. Is there anyway to refund one of those to them so they can just send me the money in other ways?  i thought it would work like a wallet to cover subscription and marketplace items.  i don't need 10 months sub for our first ever DnD adventure lol.
