Have any other creators had difficulty uploading webm files in the Item Management tool?  I'm able to upload static jpg images fine, but animated webm files less 1mb in size never upload.  Is there something obvious I'm missing? [EDIT 2019-11-12, Added additional information below] ---------------------------------------- Issue: ---------------------------------------- Attempts to upload animated art assets in .webm file format (using either VP8 or VP9 encoding) to a new Marketplace Item fail.  Tested in both the latest version of Chrome and a fresh install of the latest version of Firefox. Attempted to upload a test file both by dropping the file on to the "Drop a File" element (specifically the first div in the carosel list), and by via the navigation menu that is opened when clicking the "Choose A File..." link (also from the first div in the list). The div element with classes "previewimage marketplaceitem" that I drop the file on to changes to a larger size from 174.27 x 165 pixels to 174.27 x 195 pixels in Chrome (from 176.033 x 166 pixels to 176.033 x 196 pixels in Firefox).  This is the only visual indication that an interaction with the page has taken or is taking place during the upload attempt. Tests with a static .png file are successful. ---------------------------------------- Javascript Console Output generated during attempted file upload: ---------------------------------------- v2.js?1569951309:155 DROP ON FILE UPLOAD v2.js?1569951309:155 29 v2.js?1569951309:155 32 v2.js?1569951309:155 34 v2.js?1569951309:155 45 v2.js?1569951309:155 54 v2.js?1569951309:155 59 v2.js?1569951309:155 74 v2.js?1569951309:155 86 v2.js?1569951309:155 90 v2.js?1569951309:155 100 VM54:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input     at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)     at XMLHttpRequest.e.onload (v2.js?1569951309:155)   e.onload @ v2.js?1569951309:155   load (async)   p @ v2.js?1569951309:155   (anonymous) @ v2.js?1569951309:155   each @ v2.js?1569951309:50   doTransfer @ v2.js?1569951309:155   drop @ v2.js?1569951309:155   dispatch @ v2.js?1569951309:51   g.handle @ v2.js?1569951309:51 ---------------------------------------- Support Details ---------------------------------------- Web Browser 1: Chrome 78.0.3904.97 Web Browser 2: Firefox Version 70.0.1 (64-bit) Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) JavaScript: Enabled Anti-Virus: Norton Security Version 22.19.8.65 (Internet Security NOT Enabled) Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Browser Size: 1920 x 937 Flash Version: Not Installed Cookies: Enabled Browsers Checked: - Chrome Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Firefox Version 70.0.1 (64-bit) Enabled Chrome Extensions: - Google Docs Offline. - Social Book Post Manager. Hi&nbsp;Phillip W. (Lorien) - Were you able to get this resolved? If not, would you mind sending us an email to <a href="mailto:Team@Roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@Roll20.net</a> with an example of the files you are trying to upload, please? Once we have that file, we can get a better idea of what might be going on here. Thank you!

The issue is still outstanding, though the support team has finally reached out to me. They recommended a potential fix, however it has not been successful, and so I've just sent them updated copies of two of the files I'm attempting to upload through the Item Management tool for diagnosing.
