What email address are you using? There is obvious some break in the lines of communication, otherwise hundreds of people would be posting similarly.

Hi MageFries, Sorry for the difficulties! Looking into our ticketing system I did find an email from your end. However, this one in particular did have a reply from our XP Team. It is possible that you replied to the email "<a href="mailto:jira@roll20.atlassian.net" rel="nofollow">jira@roll20.atlassian.net</a>" which we have found to not always forward to our system properly. If you like, you can re-email us at <a href="mailto:Team@Roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@Roll20.net</a> or private message me directly and we can get this sorted out for you.
