Game time schedule for Brazil showing the wrong time - No Daylight Savings this year

Hello there! I am a gamer from Brazil and today when I logged into my Roll20, I noticed that all the scheduling was taking into account Daylight Savings time which we will not have in Brazil from this year on, as a law was passed by the current president to abolish Daylight Savings completely. How can we modify that? I didn't find any options on the account profile, so I'm assuming that it's something that only Roll20 can fix. It might confuse players from Brazil when calculating their schedules. Thank you!
time shown is based on your local browser/operating system.  You may want to check your computer settings.

My computer settings are correct. I’ve checked it before making this post. The time in my computer hasn’t changed at all.  The problem is that roll20 is showing GMT-2 (which is the timezone that they used to have when we had DST)  instead of showing GMT-3 which is the correct one. Which is weird, as nothing was changed in the computer this year.  I haven’t thought of checking the browser, so gonna do that as soon as I get home.
So turns out it was Google's problem. Somehow the Google Account that was connected to my Chrome was displaying the wrong timezone. When I logged out and then back in, it fixed the problem. Thank you for the help.
